Is being produced by the same equipment Setup as above. The purpose is to produce a clay kind of seepage stopping diaphragm (say, in Dam-Bodies of water reservoirs). The major difference is that the concrete may consist reinforcement but need to contain a certain designed amount of bentonite, to make the concrete flexible and nearly impermeable. The k-values (permeability) are resulting in 10-8 range.

The Trench-Cutter Technology allows wall thicknesses up to 2’000 mm and allows socketing into any type of rock as described above. The cross section will be mainly 2800 mm x 600 to 2’000 mm and depth can reach down to 250 meters from NGL in the most extreme cases at edge technology.

This technology allows construction of load bearing elements called BARRETTES, which are capable of transferring loads in to deeper very hard layers. The shape of the Barrettes vary from single rectangular shape as stated above and its combinations called T-Barrettes, H-Barrettes and many more possible combinations, which known load capacities of 320’000 KN.

When used as retaining-wall system, Tie-Back Anchors are used to retain the walls from Collapsing.
