Jetgrout Column

It is a soil improvement technique which can be applied in all type of soil conditions. Jet-grout columns are used to control the settlements and possible differential settlements under foundations, increase bearing capacity of the soil, remedy the soil liquefaction related settlements and bearing capacity failures in dynamic loadings. Their constructed diameter can be ranged between 60-150 cm depending on the applied pressure, and construction techniques. Local site experience and soil conditions are important for the final design and construction success.

Proper testing and quality control is needed to evaluate the final success of the method.
